Home / The Value Gap

Every organization has a value gap.

The value gap is the difference between what your organization could deliver with the strategy, people, money and technology it already has, and what it actually delivers.

Potential value−Value gap=Realized value

Why it happens

Same strategy. Different results.

Two organizations with the same strategy, people, money and technology can deliver very different results. The difference is value lost somewhere between the plan and the outcome.

Time spent waiting for a decision. Rework. Ten priorities when there should be three. Systems that don't talk to each other. None of it shows up as a line in the budget, and all of it is paid for.

Suzanne's work finds the biggest gaps and closes them first. Sometimes the fix is AI. Often it's a decision right, a clearer priority or one fewer handoff.
